No Hot Water at Rental Property


If you have no hot water at your rental property, please follow these steps


1. Make sure that the gas and electric is on at the property and in working order

2. Check the hot water tank to see if the tank temperature knob is turned down or off

3. Submit a ticket here or call the emergency line (724-766-0734). Please note, tickets are responded to within 1-2 business days. Emergency line calls are handled as soon as they are received.
